JustMarkets Login & Client Area
Sign in to your personal JustMarkets area to fund your account from a $10 minimum deposit, download MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, and open or manage trading accounts.
Start trading →JustMarkets uses two separate systems, and confusing them is one way a login gets refused: the client area, where you verify and fund the account, and the MetaTrader terminal, which uses its own numeric account number and its own password. Resetting one does not change the other. This page explains which login refuses you and what to do about it. ringgitfxdesk.com is an independent review site and is not operated by JustMarkets. The button on this page opens an account with FxPro, a different broker.
How to log in to JustMarkets
Work through the checks in order rather than resetting passwords at random — and rule out the simplest slip first: the email typed where the account number belongs.
- Open the JustMarkets personal area and click Login.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Complete two-factor authentication if it is enabled.
- Open MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 and log in with the trading account number, its password and the server shown for that account in the Personal Area.
Security & password reset
Two credentials exist and they are not interchangeable: the client area uses your email, the terminal uses the numeric trading account number issued when the account was created. A reset in one leaves the other untouched.
Malaysia keeps one time zone all year — Malaysia Time, UTC+8, with no daylight saving. Counted from there, the Tokyo session runs roughly 08:00–17:00 MYT, London opens about 15:00 MYT, and the London–New York overlap falls between roughly 20:00 and 00:00 MYT. In Malaysian time, that overlap is an evening window rather than a working-day one.
Why authorization fails in the terminal
"Connecting" followed by "authorization failed" means the server did not accept the login, password and server combination it was given. The terminal expects the numeric trading account number issued when the account was created, plus the password issued with it — not the email and password used for the client area.
Work through it in order: confirm a trading account actually exists in the client area; check you are using the numeric account number rather than the email; confirm the server selected in the terminal matches the one shown next to that account; and make sure a demo account is not being pointed at a live server. If all four are correct and the terminal still refuses, the question belongs with the broker's support, not with the platform.
Client area and terminal: two different logins
The client area is the web account: it holds verification, funding, withdrawal requests and the creation of new trading accounts. The terminal is where trades are placed. They are connected but not the same, and each has its own credentials.
A practical consequence: a password reset in the client area does not change the terminal password, and a terminal password change does not affect the client area. People lose afternoons to this and conclude the account has been blocked when nothing is blocked at all.
Moving from a demo to a live account
Going live means opening a live trading account in the Personal Area and logging the terminal into it with the live account's number, password and server. The demo login keeps pointing at the demo server.
If the terminal shows the old demo balance after funding a live account, it is still connected to the demo. Log out of that account inside the terminal and connect with the live credentials.
