A strict order of trust, what happens when the broker's site refuses to be read, and how corrections are made.

Sources are ranked, and a lower-ranked source never overrides a higher one. First comes the broker's own published terms for facts about its products. Second come public registers and alert lists kept by regulators, for facts about legal status. Third come third-party review aggregators, which are used only to point readers to places where they can form their own view.
Nothing below that line — forum posts, video presenters, social media — is treated as a source of fact about JustMarkets at all.
Registers are read by name and, where a register allows it, by licence number, because a similar-sounding company can appear on a list without being the same entity. A match on a name alone is reported as a name match, not as proof that two companies are one. On 23 September 2026, for example, the Securities Commission's list named Telegram channels using the JustMarkets name as possible clones, while the broker itself — matched by its own website — appears on Bank Negara Malaysia's list. A name search merges those two findings; reading the entries does not.
When the broker's site cannot be read
When this site first tried to read JustMarkets's own pages, on 17 September 2026, the broker's site refused automated access and returned an access-denied page instead of its terms. That happens with many broker sites and says nothing bad about the broker; it did mean the check could not be completed that day. On 23 September 2026 the broker's account pages were read successfully through a connection from Malaysia, and the account figures on this site were re-checked against them — which is how an earlier statement that accounts are held only in US dollars was found to be wrong and corrected.
In that situation the site states what could not be confirmed. It does not fill the gap with a figure remembered from elsewhere, and it does not describe an unconfirmed statement as verified.
What video and forum material is used for
Before writing, the desk reviewed dozens of videos about JustMarkets and the comments beneath them. Figures mentioned by presenters were checked against the broker's own pages; none could be confirmed, so none of them appears on this site.
Comments were used for a different purpose: to learn which questions readers in Malaysia actually struggle with. They shaped the choice of pages, never the content of a factual statement.
Corrections
A correction is made as soon as an error is found, and the review date at the foot of the page is updated. Corrections that change what a reader should do are stated on the page rather than made silently.
Corrections come from re-reading the sources on each review cycle and whenever the broker changes its terms. This site does not run a reader mailbox, so nothing on it promises a reply; when a source and a page disagree, the page follows the source.
